Every terminal deployed at a merchant is an asset that must stay configured, updated and secure for years. With the TMS, the acquirer, bank, fintech or integrator manages the whole fleet from a single console: parameter profiles by merchant, region or device model, scheduled batch firmware and application updates, and alerts when a terminal stops reporting.
The platform supports Android and Linux terminals from different manufacturers, including parameterization of the payment applications (EMV, keys, hosts, limits) and remote key injection (RKI) where the hardware allows it. The app marketplace lets you publish, version and distribute your own or third-party apps to groups of terminals, with controlled approval and rollback.
The business-intelligence module consolidates transactions, device status and application usage into dashboards by merchant, area or channel, to detect inactive terminals, drops in approval rates and commercial opportunities. Available as SaaS or installed on the customer's infrastructure, integrated with its payment host, CRM and help desk.
